- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Finance implementations, with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience.
- Must have completed at least one proven end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation through successful go-live.
- Strong implementation experience within the Construction, and Real Estate industries is mandatory.
- Experience across additional industries will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to prepare and conduct Oracle Fusion HCM demonstration sessions for customers using demo environments, covering relevant business scenarios and HCM capabilities.
- Strong hands-on experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and Oracle Fusion configuration.
- Experience conducting CRP, SIT and UAT, including issue resolution and business-user support.
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes and ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, financial reporting and coordination with technical teams.
- Ability to prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, training materials and implementation deliverables.
- Experience supporting cutover, go-live and post-production/hypercare activities.
- Solid stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Arabic language capability is an advantage.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently within an offshore delivery model and collaborate with onsite/customer-facing teams.
- Flexible to work extended hours when required during critical project phases, including testing, cutover and go-live.
