We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure / M365 Cloud Engineer with robust hands-on experience across Active Directory, DNS, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID and Azure.

The ideal candidate should have a strong traditional Microsoft Infrastructure background and proven experience transitioning and supporting Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD DS) environments.
- Manage Domain Controllers, AD Replication, FSMO Roles, Sites & Services and Group Policy (GPO).
- Troubleshoot complex DNS, AD authentication, replication and domain-related issues.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Manage Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.
- Administer Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, authentication and Exchange-related issues.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, Conditional Access and MFA.
- Manage Azure IaaS, including Virtual Machines, networking, backup and disaster recovery.
- Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts and automation for infrastructure, Azure and M365 operations.
- Support Microsoft 365 migrations and hybrid-cloud implementations.
- Administer and troubleshoot Teams,



SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Provide L3 production support, root-cause analysis and permanent resolution of complex infrastructure issues.
- Lead technical escalations, major incidents and infrastructure troubleshooting activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and runbooks.
- Collaborate with Security, Network, Application and Cloud teams on enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
