Job Summary

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building, improving, and deploying specialized marketing capabilities that support business and Global Marketing priorities. You will serve as a global subject matter expert in one or more critical marketing enablers, helping marketers and internal clients apply best practices, tools, technologies, and insights to deliver marketing projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Builds, continuously improves, and deploys specialized marketing expertise and capabilities aligned to business or Global Marketing needs.

- Acts as a global subject matter expert in one or more marketing enablers, such as CRM, knowledge management, market research, data management, insights, lead and chance management, contact management, event management, sampling, or campaign effectiveness.

- Provides consultation, guidance, and assistance to marketers and internal clients on the effective use of marketing technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

- Identifies, prioritizes, and drives improvements and innovations within assigned marketing capability areas based on client needs, experience-based best practices, and technology advancements.

- Supports the development and deployment of integrated marketing tactics by connecting relevant tools, insights, processes, and capabilities across Dow.





- Works effectively on global teams and projects, demonstrating strong collaboration across businesses, functions, and geographies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience in marketing, commercial, research, analytics, CRM, campaign management, or related capability areas.

- Experience working on global teams and projects within a marketing or business environment.

- Strong understanding of marketing technologies, tools, methodologies, and best practices relevant to the assigned area of responsibility.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise and influence internal stakeholders.
