We are seeking an experienced Aerostructure Analysis Lead / Manager to lead structural analysis activities for aircraft primary and secondary structures. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of structural analysts, driving analysis deliverables, ensuring technical quality, and coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams for certification and program execution.

Responsibilities





- The candidate will lead structural analysis activities for metallic and composite aircraft structures.
- Responsible for performing and reviewing static stress, fatigue, buckling, and energetic analysis.
- Develop and validate finite element models using tools like MSC Nastran, HyperMesh, and Abaqus.
- Prepare stress substantiation reports and certification compliance documentation.
- Ensure analysis activities meet FAA / EASA structural certification requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of structural analysts.
- Allocate tasks, monitor project milestones, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Conduct technical reviews and resolve complex structural engineering challenges.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, certification, and program management teams.
- Support customer discussions and technical review meetings.
- Drive process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Perform resource planning and project estimation activities.
- Strong knowledge of metallic/composite structures and fatigue & damage tolerance analysis is required.
