Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring across various technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate closure skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.

- Manage candidate follow-ups, negotiations, and offer closures.

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

- Handle multiple requirements and hiring priorities simultaneously.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.





- Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 4 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.

- Strong experience in end-to-end hiring.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent candidate engagement and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
