Seventh Sky Tours & Travels is looking for an experienced Tour Consultant to join our holiday team on a full-time Work From Home basis.
This is a permanent employment opportunity — not freelance, part-time or commission-only work.
We are looking for someone who can independently manage the complete holiday sales cycle — from understanding the client's requirement and designing the itinerary to costing, follow-up, negotiation, conversion and booking.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international holiday enquiries.
- Design customized FIT and leisure itineraries based on client requirements.
- Prepare accurate costing, quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, visa agents and other suppliers.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate effectively while maintaining healthy margins.
- Manage bookings, amendments, documentation and post-sales coordination.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant travel services.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
Who We're Looking For
- 4–9 years of experience in holiday packages / travel sales.
- Strong experience in customized FIT or leisure holidays.
- Good understanding of itinerary planning and holiday costing.
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience dealing with DMCs, hotels and travel suppliers.
- Ability to independently manage enquiries, follow-ups and client relationships.
- Highly organized, disciplined and comfortable working remotely.
- A genuine passion for travel and creating memorable holidays.
Candidates without relevant holiday package / travel consulting experience will not be considered.
