Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the seed industry .

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Hire & Develop strong Sales Team.
Lead and oversee Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned territories.
Ensure efficient seed production planning, processing, quality, and inventory management.
Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and vendor relationships.
Monitor budgets, cost control, and profitability across departments.
Coordinate with senior management on business planning and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.




Identify business opportunities and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
B.sc/MBA in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the Seed Industry.
Proven experience in managing Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and overall business operations.
