n 1. Social Media Engagement
n o Utilize Facebook and LinkedIn to reconnect with and engage the alumni network.
n o Develop and implement strategies for two-way communication to foster a sense of community.
n o Create engaging posts to encourage interactions and nostalgia among alumni.
n 2. Database Revitalization
n o Analyze the existing alumni database and identify key segments for reactivation.
n o Reach out to inactive alumni using social media and other communication channels.
n o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and updates.
n 3. Community Building
n o Facilitate initiatives that bridge the gap between alumni and current students to provide career insights and mentorship opportunities.




n o Collaborate with alumni to co-create content that highlights their success stories and their connection to NIIT.
n 4. Reporting & Feedback
n o Track engagement metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
n o Collect feedback from alumni to continuously refine communication strategies.
n Key Qualifications and Skills
n • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree.
n • Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Facebook and LinkedIn.
n • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
n • Creativity and enthusiasm for community building and engagement.
n • Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
n • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva or other content creation platforms.
