Job Description Key Responsibilities:
n n Validate the commercial aspects of term sheets by reviewing the evaluation sheet, approval note, project CAPEX, and the finalized term sheet to ensure alignment with approved business parameters.
n Review and validate agreements from both commercial and legal perspectives prior to printing/execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved terms.
n Validate the commercial terms and critical business clauses for all renewal agreements before execution.
n Manage and validate renewal-related documentation, including space additions, space reductions, surrender deeds, and change of ownership deeds.
n Perform final Internal Rate of Return (IRR) validation to ensure commercial viability and adherence to approved financial parameters.
n Manage store closure documentation, including the preparation and validation of termination notices.
n Manage and validate brokerage engagement letters and consultant fee structures, ensuring compliance with approved commercial terms.
n Drive continuous improvement in commercial terms and conditions by incorporating recommendations and strategic inputs from management into standard documentation and processes.
