Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Tech Lead – BI & Analytics to lead the development of scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, ClickHouse, Databricks, Azure Cloud, and containerization technologies, along with a valuable understanding of GenAI-based code assist tools and API development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage BI and analytics projects from concept to deployment.
Architect and develop APIs and microservices to power data insights.
Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and storage solutions using ClickHouse and Databricks.
Drive development using Azure Cloud services – Data Factory, Blob Storage, Azure Databricks, etc.
Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate development, prototyping, and automation.




Design and manage deployment workflows using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.

Required Skill Set:
Programming: Python
BI & Analytics Tools: ClickHouse, Databricks
Cloud: Azure (Data Services, Compute, Storage)
API Development: RESTful APIs and integrations
Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (or equivalent)
AI Tools: Familiarity with GenAI-based coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer)
Experience: 8–15 years in BI, analytics, and backend development
Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a technical team

Preferred:
Robust communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in agile environments
Exposure to CI/CD tools and Git branching strategies
