Interview Kickstart

Panipat

? Remote | ? 5.5 Days/Week (US Business Hours)

Disclaimer: This is a fully remote role, but it requires working US night hours (PST) since you'll be engaging learners across US time zones. Please apply only if you're genuinely comfortable with a night shift schedule.

Ever get excited helping someone realize exactly what they need to hear to make a decision? This role is built for you.

At Interview Kickstart, we've helped thousands of software engineers land offers at Google, Amazon, Meta, and other top tech companies. Now we're looking for a Program Advisor who can be the first voice a prospective learner hears — the person who turns "I'm not sure this is right for me" into "let's do this."

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. You'll guide them through their decision-making journey - from understanding their career goals to recommending the right program and supporting them through enrollment.

If you enjoy consultative selling, building relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

● Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to successful enrollment.

● Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations.

● Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable Interview Kickstart program.

● Answer customer questions related to programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.

● Build strong relationships through timely and effective follow-ups.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.

● Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.

● Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.

● Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

What We're Looking For

● 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.

● Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

● Robust consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.

● Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.

● Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.

● Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively.

Why Join Interview Kickstart?

● Competitive compensation with attractive performance incentives.

● Opportunity to work with a quick-growing global EdTech company.

● Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.

● Cooperative, high-performance, and supportive team culture.
