Job Summary

We are building a next-generation, high-throughput digital trust and compliance infrastructure designed to process millions of concurrent identities and hundreds of millions of regulatory data events flawlessly. As one of our early cornerstone engineering hires, you will not just be writing code - you will be designing the structural blueprints of our core system.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack application.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Apply modular, reusable, efficient design patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build Async/queue infrastructure : Implement robust distributed message brokers (e.g., Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub, SQS) to separate our API layer from heavy downstream worker processes.

Required Experience & Candidate Profile

- Proven Scale Experience: 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with at least 1 years handling platforms that process high concurrency or millions of monthly active events.
- The Node & React/Next.js Edge:



Deep mastery across Node.js and React / Next.js.
- PostgreSQL Expertise: You are a database heavy-hitter. You understand query planners, connection exhaustion, write-ahead logs (WAL), and how to transition relational schemas into read-heavy cached architectures.
- Asynchronous DNA: Hands-on experience working with event-driven data streaming layers (Kafka , RabbitMQ, GCP Pub/Sub).
- Experience integrating third-party systems and APIs, OpenAPI etc. standards.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Code Quality Champion: Able to develop rigorous test cases , conduct rigorous code reviews, use AI AD tools judiciously to assist in coding while maintaining Quality.
- Auth & Security: Well aware of auth frameworks like OAuth2 & security , immutability constraints , JWT/JWS/JWE, digital signatures, key rotation.

Privacy & Security Awareness: Prior experience in building Saas, GRC platforms, digital trust frameworks, Enterprise Privacy tools, or consent modules that align with India's DPDP Act framework.
