looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Quality to manage and strengthen quality systems across our export-oriented furniture manufacturing operations.

The role will be responsible for process quality, incoming/in-process/final inspection, QMS, CAPA, RCA, vendor quality, audits, customer complaints, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on reducing rejection, rework, and recurring defects.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in manufacturing operations.
- Monitor quality KPIs including rejection %, rework %, customer complaints, vendor rejection, and CAPA closure.
- Ensure process discipline and quality standards across machining, assembly, sanding, finishing, packing, and dispatch.
- Conduct and monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, approved samples, and export quality standards.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and other quality tools.
- Drive CAPA and ensure timely and effective closure.
- Identify opportunities to reduce defects, rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Manage vendor/supplier quality for wood, boards, hardware, fittings, finishing and packaging materials.
- Conduct vendor evaluations, incoming inspections, process audits, and quality audits.
- Support customer audits, internal audits, and ISO 9001 activities.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, inspection checklists, control plans, quality records, and audit documentation.
- Manage quality data through ERP/SAP and maintain rejection/CAPA records.
- Prepare Quality MIS, dashboards, and reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to drive quality discipline and continuous improvement.
