Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing client campaigns, driving leads and conversions, and analyzing campaign performance across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage and improve SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO and off-page SEO.
- Develop and manage social media marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, engagement and campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify current digital marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, video editors and developers.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.
- Handle client communication, campaign requirements and regular updates.




- Manage multiple campaigns and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Google, Meta and social media algorithm changes.
- Identify new trends, tools and strategies to improve client performance.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in lead-generation and performance marketing campaigns.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or any relevant field.
- Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
- Candidates with agency experience and a proven record of handling multiple client accounts will be preferred.
