Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept development through detailed design and execution.
- Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions aligned with client requirements and project objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers.
- Drive design excellence while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Integrate computational design workflows and parametric design approaches into project delivery.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency, visualization, documentation, and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, BIM, and project management teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Review drawings, design documentation, and technical deliverables for quality and accuracy.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, design competitions, and client pitches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices,



digital transformation, and technological advancements within the AEC sector.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) Mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of professional architectural design experience.
- Urban design masters added advantage.
- Proven experience leading large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural design and project leadership.

Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in architectural design principles and project delivery.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with computational design tools such as Grasshopper, Rhino, Dynamo, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and digital project coordination.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their application in the AEC industry.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and relevant building standards.

Leadership & Soft Skills

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage high-performing design teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinking with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with computational and generative design methodologies.
- Exposure to digital twins, automation, and AI-enabled design workflows.
- Knowledge of project management processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in architectural practice.
