About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Creative Designer with 10+ years of hands-on creative design experience. This is an individual contributor role and not a managerial or supervisory position.

The ideal candidate should be an active designer who enjoys creating premium, innovative and commercially impactful visual communication and has an outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong creativity, aesthetics and design expertise.

The candidate should have experience in developing marketing creatives, digital campaigns, product branding, catalogues, social media creatives, exhibition designs and corporate communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create designs for dental and medical equipment/products.
- Develop creative content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Create product-focused creatives that clearly communicate features, benefits and technical information.
- Develop infographics, product explainers and visual storytelling for complex products.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand requirements and develop creative concepts.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Explore new creative formats, design trends and AI-powered creative tools.

Skills Required

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Good knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Robust understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent creative thinking, conceptualisation and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to convert technical/product information into simple,



engaging and attractive visual communication.
- Strong expertise in product presentation, branding and infographic design.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation and short-form video creation.
- Knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
- Understanding of 3D/product visualisation will be an advantage.
- Experience with AI-powered design and creative tools will be an advantage.
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Dental, Pharma or other technical/product-based industries will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or equivalent.
- Professional certification in Graphic Design will be an added advantage.
