We are looking for a Senior Corporate Communications / MarCom professional with 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, PR, digital communication, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a multinational / global organization and should be hands-on with digital communication, content creation, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead internal and external corporate communication initiatives.
- Develop and execute employee communication campaigns and engagement programs.
- Plan and manage town halls, employee meets, leadership connects, and internal events.
- Create engaging digital content for internal and external audiences.
- Manage social media communication and digital communication platforms.
- Work closely with senior leadership on leadership communication and corporate messaging.
- Create presentations, graphics, videos, newsletters, and other communication assets.
- Handle corporate events and employee engagement activities end-to-end.
- Drive communication campaigns aligned with organizational objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, marketing, and other stakeholders.




- Leverage tools such as Canva, Navitas, dotmailer, or similar digital communication/marketing platforms.

Candidate Profile

- 12+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, MarCom, PR, or related areas.
- Experience in a multinational / global organization is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in digital communication and content creation.
- Experience managing town halls, employee engagement programs, and corporate events.
- Robust communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Candidates from IT/ITES, Consulting, BFSI, Professional Services, Technology, GCCs, or other large MNC environments are preferred.
- Current location must be Pune.
