Role Description The Senior Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this role, the recruiter will manage and market bench consultants, identify suitable project opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Daily responsibilities include sourcing requirements, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and following up on onboarding processes. The recruiter will maintain an updated pipeline of consultants, track market trends, and collaborate with the internal team to meet placement targets and improve overall recruitment strategies.



This role also involves regular communication with US-based clients and consultants, requiring effective coordination across time zones.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in bench sales recruiting, including marketing consultants, sourcing requirements, and closing deals in the US IT staffing market.
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and networking channels to identify opportunities and connect with clients and vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., developers, architects, QA, UX, SDET, Scrum, PO) and current US staffing market practices.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet placement and revenue targets.
- Relevant experience in US IT recruitment or staffing; prior leadership or senior-level bench sales experience is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working with different time zones and flexible schedules to support US clients and consultants.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in recruitment, human resources, business, or a related field.
