We are seeking a technically strong Individual Contributor to drive Applied AI initiatives across Global Marketing Labs, with a focus on executing AI-powered projects, coordinating technical delivery, managing platforms and workflows, and moving solutions from concept to adoption. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI tools, technical teams, automation workflows, and enterprise platforms, and can translate business needs into technical requirements, manage execution, test outputs, document solutions, and independently drive projects.

Key Responsibilities

AI Project Execution

- Drive execution of AI-powered tools, copilots, agents, automation workflows, and internal knowledge platforms from concept to adoption.
- Translate business requirements into technical briefs, user stories, workflows, implementation plans, and delivery milestones.
- Track dependencies, blockers, risks, testing, readiness, pilot launches, feedback loops, and adoption.
- Coordinate day-to-day execution with engineers, architects, stakeholders, vendors, and internal partners.

Technical AI Operations

- Support AI infrastructure, tooling, access management, documentation, governance, and internal platform operations.
- Work across Jira, GitHub, SharePoint, Azure-based solutions, Microsoft 365, Workfront, and internal AI platforms.
- Support prompt engineering, agent workflows, RAG solutions, knowledge retrieval, automation logic, and model evaluation.
- Define inputs, workflow logic, testing criteria, success metrics, and validation approach; ensure solutions are documented, scalable, privacy-aligned, and ready for handoff.

Program & Stakeholder Coordination

- Manage intake, prioritization, delivery plans, project updates, stakeholder communications, and executive-ready summaries.
- Prepare decision materials, trackers, risks, weekly updates, and clear ownership plans.
- Facilitate working sessions, capture actions,



resolve blockers, and manage multiple concurrent AI and operations workstreams independently.

Required Skills AI & Technical Knowledge

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, AI workflows, grounding, evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Agent Builder, Azure AI services, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and enterprise AI tools.
- Ability to work with APIs, automation frameworks, integrations, data flows, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of how to test, validate, and operationalize AI outputs.
- Ability to convert ambiguous business asks into structured technical requirements.

Technical Program Management

- Strong experience managing technical or AI projects from concept to delivery.
- Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint tracking, backlog management, risk/dependency management, and release coordination.
- Solid documentation skills, including BRDs, user stories, process flows, test plans, adoption plans, and status reports.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with limited supervision.

Tools & Platforms - Claude, Codex, Microsoft Copilot / Agent Builder, Azure / Azure AI services, Jira, GitHub, SharePoint, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SQL / data analytics tools. Soft Skills: problem-solving, analytical thinking, high ownership, independent execution, explicit communication, comfort with ambiguity, structured thinking, and influence without authority across technical, business, vendor, and stakeholder teams.





Ideal Candidate Profile

8-10+ years of experience in Technical, AI Operations, Business Transformation, Marketing Technology, or Automation Delivery.

Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or platform-based initiatives from concept to production with strong technical curiosity and understanding of implementation constraints.

Comfortable working with engineers, architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and external partners while independently managing execution, documentation, testing, updates, and follow-through. ,
