Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Recruitment Sourcer with at least 1 year of experience in International Recruitment to join our team. The role will primarily focus on Non-IT recruitment, especially blue-collar hiring, across international markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for international Non-IT and blue-collar positions.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build candidate pipelines.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and assess their basic suitability.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Recruitment/Sourcing.
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment or blue-collar recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Candidates must be based in Hyderabad.
Work Location & Benefits
- Location: Mindspace, Hyderabad Building No. 9
- Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days Work From Office
- Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Cab Facility: One-way drop facility is provided.
- Cab Eligibility: Drop point should be within a 30 km radius from the office.
