The Sr. Associate, Government Relations, will support the LLPs consulting engagements within a defined jurisdiction, focusing on the implementation of state-level policies, frameworks, and digital solutions at the district level. This role involves working closely with local government departments to troubleshoot implementation challenges, build institutional capacity, provide technical recommendations and generate field-tested insights that inform scalable solutions.

The Sr. Associate, Government Relations, will play a key role in translating strategic models into operational practice, delivering high-quality outputs such as implementation reports, policy feedback loops, frameworks, and software deployment insights. In the process, this role will deliver field-tested solutions to the client. These deliverables will include analysis, reports, frameworks,



and tested software solutions that can be implemented in other global jurisdictions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in public policy, Governance, Development Studies, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in government engagement, policy implementation, or field-based consulting.
- Robust understanding of public administration and local governance systems in India.
- Experience working with or alongside district-level government departments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital governance tools or software deployment in public systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the jurisdiction.
