We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating great products for great people. In our case the modern family. In this role,
you will partner closely with both our Bangalore office and US based design team members contributing to UX/UI direction helping ensure quality and consistency for our product & services. Working alongside partners from Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and other core teams, you will help ensure that Greenlight delivers truly lovable and memorable experiences.
This role is a full-time position based in our IDC office in Bangalore.
What you will be doing:
- End-to-end design ownership of product areas in partnership with IDC Product and Engineering – from early problem framing through final implementation
- Own direction and quality of your initiatives, including systems-level thinking about how your work connects to the broader product and design systems
- Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components with a high bar for craft
- Raise the bar for design through the quality of your work and how you show up in brainstorms, reviews, and cross-functional partnership
