You will be responsible to:

Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide second-to-none customer service.
Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk workplace. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):




- Customer channel management
- Case Management
- Customer onboarding and relationship management
- Contract and dispute management
- All file management activities post booking
- Documentation
- System Updates
- Operational finance
- Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions
- Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exception handling.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor/Master's Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- The ideal candidate will be a person who has strong business, market and customer understanding with a passion to delight the customer through service
