Role & responsibilities
- Manage agency channel sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor agent activity plans, provide feedback, and coach them to improve their performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (agency management).
- Solid understanding of health insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
