Description Of Main Tasks
The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:
End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership
Lead integrated supply chain operations across two manufacturing units
Drive alignment between Demand, Supply, Production,



and Customer Service
Build a responsive and cost-productive supply chain supporting business growth
Ensure solid cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Global teams
S&OP; and Demand Planning
Own and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process
Improve forecast accuracy and demand visibility
Ensure optimal balance between service levels (OTIF) and inventory levels
Translate demand plans into actionable supply and production plans
Production Planning & Inventory Management
Lead production planning for capacity optimization and service reliability
Ensure zero line stoppage due to material shortages
Drive inventory optimization (RM, WIP, FG) while maintaining service targets
Establish solid governance on inventory accuracy (System vs. Physical), controls and quality (Minimization of Slow-Moving & Obsolete Inventory (%), Reduction / Elimination of E
