n What We're Looking For
n We are looking for experienced professionals with 8+ years of experience and a strong network across universities, pharmacy colleges, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with Vice Chancellors, Principals, Directors, Deans, Trustees, and other academic leaders, along with a passion for building long-term institutional partnerships.
n Responsibilities
n • Develop strategic partnerships with universities, pharmacy colleges, healthcare institutions, and research organizations.
n • Engage with academic leadership to establish long-term collaborations.
n • Drive AI-focused certification programs, faculty development programs (FDPs), workshops, internships, and institutional initiatives.




n • Represent aiCure Academy at academic conferences, seminars, and industry events.
n • Identify new partnership opportunities and expand aiCure Academy's presence across the higher education ecosystem.
n • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across academia and industry.
n Qualifications
n • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or a related field.
n • Minimum 8 years of experience in Academic Partnerships, Institutional Relations, Business Development, Educational Consulting, or Higher Education.
n • Solid network within universities, pharmacy colleges, and healthcare institutions.
n • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
n • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and drive institutional collaborations.
