n We are looking for a Senior 2D Designer with exceptional visual sensibility, strong conceptual understanding and complete ownership of their work.
n
n Someone who can understand a brief and the larger concept, work in alignment with the Concept and Project teams, and translate ideas into mature, compelling and beautifully crafted visual design.
n
n WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
n
n - 8–10 years of relevant design experience, preferably in events, experiential or brand activations.
n - A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work for leading brands and organisations.
n - Exceptional command over Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant design tools.
n - Strong expertise in print artwork, adaptations and production-ready files.
n - Ability to understand spatial and event applications, keeping scale,



environment and execution in mind while designing.
n - Strong conceptual ability with excellent visual judgement, typography, composition and obsessive attention to detail.
n - Ability to take ownership of design projects, from understanding the brief to ensuring seamless final creative delivery.
n - Ability to mentor and inspire other designers and raise the overall quality of work within the team.
n - Comfortable collaborating with Concept Writers, 3D Designers, Motion Designers, Project/Servicing teams and Production Partners to ensure the complete creative story comes alive cohesively.
n - A professional, team-oriented and solution-oriented approach, even under demanding timelines.
