Job Description Job Summary
n We are looking for an Accounting Manager-Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to own finance and accounting operations for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This is a hands-on role covering accounting, reporting, taxation, compliance and controllership.
n Location: Bengaluru – Candidates currently based in Bengaluru only

n n Key Responsibilities:
n n Own day-to-day finance and accounting operations
n Manage month-end closing and financial reporting
n Handle GST, taxation and statutory compliance
n Coordinate India and US accounting, tax and legal compliance with external consultants
n Ensure compliance with Ind AS and US GAAP
n Manage audits, statutory filings and tax-related matters
n Monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
n Oversee payroll processing and related compliance
n Develop and maintain internal controls
n Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership
n Drive process improvements and finance automation
n n Required Qualifications:
n n CA – Chartered Accountant
n 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, controllership or compliance
n Currently based in Bengaluru
n Strong understanding of Indian taxation, GST and financial reporting
n Experience with accounting/ERP and financial reporting tools
n Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
n n Preferred Qualifications:
n n Experience in SaaS, AI, Fintech, Software, Internet or other contemporary tech companies
n Exposure to US GAAP / US accounting / US compliance
n Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and internal controls
n Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors or consulting firms
