About the role

Lead the end-to-end functional design and Oracle Fusion configuration of custom AI agents automating supplier risk management processes within Procurement & Supplier Management.

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain functional specifications, resolving open design decisions through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
Own and govern a multi-dimensional weighted supplier risk scoring model with thresholds and override logic.
Configure Oracle Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Model, Supplier Portal, and Oracle Sourcing modules to support supplier onboarding, risk monitoring, and remediation.
Design and implement alerting, escalation, and supplier remediation workflows including automated holds with human oversight.
Manage configuration migration across development, testing, and production settings and lead testing phases including CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.

Required skills and experience
Proven experience with full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementations as a functional consultant.




Hands-on configuration of Oracle Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Model/Portal including supplier holds, and Oracle Sourcing.
Expertise in supplier/third-party risk management processes and designing risk scoring models with weighted scoring, tiering, thresholds, and override rules.
Experience designing Fusion workflows, approvals, notifications, escalations, and specifying BI Publisher and OTBI reporting and dashboards.
Robust discipline in setup migration using Functional Setup Manager and Setup and Maintenance, plus test management skills validating calculated outputs.
Excellent communication skills with credibility engaging senior procurement, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders.

Nice to have
Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle AI Document Understanding.
Familiarity with PL/SQL and Visual Builder for custom Oracle Fusion components.
