JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANT CUM OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Role Summary

BM Elite International Clinic is seeking a responsible and well-organised Accountant cum Office Administrator to manage day-to-day accounts, billing, administrative coordination and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts and Finance
Record daily income, expenses, receipts and payments.
Maintain accounts using Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Reconcile cash, bank, UPI, card and online collections daily.
Prepare daily and monthly collection and expense reports.
Handle patient billing, receipts, refunds and outstanding-payment follow-up.
Verify purchase bills, vendor invoices and payment records.
Maintain petty cash and supporting vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable statements.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, payroll and statutory filings.
Organise invoices,



bank statements and supporting documents for audits.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial and patient-related information.

Office Administration
Oversee daily office and front-office administrative activities.
Maintain employee attendance, leave and late-arrival records.
Prepare monthly attendance and payroll inputs for management approval.
Maintain employee files, joining documents and administrative records.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, laboratories and service providers.
Monitor stocks of medicines, consumables, stationery and housekeeping materials.
Maintain purchase orders, stock-inward records and issue records.
Coordinate maintenance of equipment, utilities and clinic facilities.
Ensure proper filing of licences, agreements, invoices and official documents.
Support appointment coordination and patient communication whenever required.
