n Conduct follow-up calls to ensure successful registration and customer satisfaction.
n Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (call volume, user acquisition, customer feedback).
n Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts and maintain clear communication.

n n Fluency in Tamil with working knowledge of English.
n Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
