We are hiring for the below role with the leadinf Edutech Firm.

Role- Customer Relationship Manager (Key Accounts Manager) – BPO / Education Consulting

Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a BPO or customer-facing environment

Compensation: Up to ₹4,50,000 per annum + attractive commissions and performance bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (Key Accounts Manager) to join our growing education consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in client handling within a BPO or customer service setup, excellent communication skills, and an interest in sales and relationship management.You will play a key role in guiding British and European studentswho aspire to pursue university education, ensuring a smooth and successful admission journey.

What will you actually do?

1.Talk to students

- Speak with students over phone/email.
- Understand their requirements and answer their questions.
- Keep regular follow-ups with them.

2.Convert interested students into admissions

- These students are already counselled and interested.
- Your job is to convince them to complete the admission.
- You will have sales/conversion targets .





3.Check student documents

- Check whether the student's profile and documents are complete.
- Coordinate with the admin team for university applications.

4.Coordinate with universities

- Submit applications.
- Communicate with university representatives.
- Schedule interviews and assessments.

5.Help students prepare

- Guide students before university interviews.
- Make sure they understand what they need to do.

6.Follow up until admission is completed

- Once the university gives an offer, coordinate for finance/fee-related formalities.
- Make sure both admission and finance approvals are completed.

7.Collect processing fees

- You may need to follow up with students for applicable processing fees.

What kind of candidate are they looking for

- 5+ years of experience
- BPO / Customer Service / Customer Relationship / Account Management experience
- Excellent English communication
- Good convincing and sales skills
- Experience handling customers/clients
- Ability to do regular follow-ups
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking with international customers.
