n As a process associate you will be engaged in performing back-end operations of US Mortgage domain. This role requires candidates with robust communication and critical thinking ability.
n Responsibilities:
n n Develops and maintains thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in KT Performs
n Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements (E.g., Documents review, Indexing, etc.)
n Achieve / Exceed KPIs (Productivity, Quality, etc.) as defined.
n n Qualification & Core Competencies:
n n Arts and Science graduates
n Excellent command of the English language being fluent in spoken and written.
n Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n Basic Excel Knowledge
