About the role

We are seeking an experienced IAM / CIAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable identity solutions using ForgeRock Identity Platform and PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud, enhancing customer authentication across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities
Architect and deliver enterprise-grade IAM/CIAM solutions for web, mobile, and API-driven applications.
Design and implement secure authentication protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
Lead the implementation and modernization of ForgeRock components and PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure identity experiences and ensure integration with APIs and cloud services.
Provide technical guidance, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams on identity management best practices.

Required skills and experience
10+ years in Identity and Access Management with solid hands-on experience in ForgeRock Identity Platform implementation.




Proficient in customer identity solutions, including CIAM architecture and PingOne AIC migration.
Deep knowledge of authentication frameworks such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, JWT, MFA, SSO, and passwordless authentication.
Experience integrating identity solutions with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and production support in IAM settings.

Nice to have
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and cloud-native identity deployments.
Understanding of Zero Trust Security Architecture and DevSecOps practices.
Certifications in Ping Identity or ForgeRock platforms.
Knowledge of API gateways, microservices, and infrastructure as code.
Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and scripting languages.
