n Globeia is a global mobility platform that simplifies verification, document, apostille, and international application services across multiple countries. We create high-quality content that helps users navigate complex processes related to visas, document authentication, background checks, fingerprinting, and global mobility services.
n We are looking for a Content Writer & Editor who can research deeply, write accurately, edit effectively, and create content that is genuinely useful to readers- not content generated solely through AI tools.
n
n Role Overview
n This role combines content writing and content editing responsibilities. You will be responsible for researching topics, creating SEO-focused content, editing drafts, improving readability, and ensuring all content aligns with Globeia's brand voice and quality standards.
n We are looking for candidates who can think critically, conduct independent research, and produce content that demonstrates expertise, accuracy, and originality.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n n Write high-quality blogs, landing pages, guides, and website content.
n Research topics thoroughly and verify information from credible sources.
n Edit and optimize content for readability, engagement, and accuracy.
n Structure content using proper H1, H2, and H3 headings.
n Create SEO and LLM-optimized content.
n Perform keyword research and search intent analysis.
n Write compelling meta titles and meta descriptions.
n Add relevant internal linking opportunities.
n Ensure content aligns with Globeia's tone, style, and publishing standards.
n Review and improve AI-assisted drafts when required.
n Collaborate with the content team to meet publishing deadlines.

n Requirements
n n 2-3+ years of experience in content writing, editing, or content marketing.




n Excellent written English and strong editing skills.
n Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
n Ability to write clear, humanized, and engaging content.
n Strong research skills and attention to detail.
n Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar SEO tools is preferred.
n Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Strapi, or similar is a plus.

n Key: Training & Evaluation Period
n As part of our hiring process, shortlisted candidates will undergo a 1-week paid Training & Evaluation Period before final onboarding.
n
n During this period:
n n You will receive hands-on training from the Globeia team on our content standards, research methodology, SEO practices, and editorial workflows.
n You will work on real content assignments to demonstrate your writing, editing, research, and learning capabilities.
n Your performance will be assessed based on content quality, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, research skills, adaptability, and overall alignment with Globeia's requirements.
n This training period is fully paid.
n Candidates who successfully complete the training and evaluation process will receive their final offer letter and proceed with full-time onboarding.

n Please note: The Training & Evaluation Period may be completed remotely. However, this is a Work From Office (Gurugram) position, and selected candidates will be required to work from the office upon successful completion of the training period.
