The Role

We’re looking for a Social & Digital Media Executive with strong content and copywriting skills to manage the day-to-day social media presence of multiple client brands.

You’ll be responsible for taking content from planning to posting - building content calendars, writing copy, coordinating with designers and creators, managing influencers, monitoring performance and contributing ideas to marketing plans and pitches.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands that good social media is not just about posting consistently, but about having the right idea, the right words and the right execution.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others.
- Develop content ideas, themes and social media strategies for multiple client brands.
- Write engaging captions, campaign copy, taglines, social media content and brand narratives.
- Adapt copy and tone of voice across different brands and audiences.
- Manage the end-to-end posting and scheduling of social media content.
- Build and maintain Instagram grids, ensuring content is consistent, visually cohesive and aligned with the brand.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and other creative teams to execute content.
- Support influencer planning and management, including identifying relevant influencers, coordinating deliverables and tracking content.
- Assist with marketing plans, campaign ideas and pitch decks, particularly around content strategies, social media plans, Instagram grids and creative ideas.
- Support the planning and execution of Meta Ads, including basic campaign setup, content requirements and performance monitoring.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions and overall audience engagement across social platforms.
- Track social media performance and use insights to improve future content plans.
- Research competitors, trends,



categories and cultural conversations to develop relevant content ideas.
- Work across multiple clients and briefs while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For

- Around 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content roles. Agency experience is preferred.
- Robust hands-on experience with social media planning, content calendars, posting and scheduling.
- Excellent copywriting and English communication skills, with a strong understanding of grammar, tone and structure.
- Ability to write for different formats - from social captions and campaign copy to longer-form brand and marketing content.
- Good understanding of Instagram content and grid planning.
- Experience or familiarity with influencer marketing and coordination.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and briefs simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within different brand guidelines.
- Comfortable taking feedback, making quick revisions and working collaboratively with creative teams.
- A portfolio showcasing social media content, copywriting, campaigns and/or brand work is preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience with Reels, short-form video and scripting.
- Experience working with F&B;, hospitality, FMCG or consumer brands.
- Basic understanding of design principles and how copy works within a visual layout.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Experience contributing to brand strategy and campaign planning, beyond day-to-day execution.
- An interest in trends, culture, brands and what makes content work on social media.
