n We are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune!
n Experience - 1-5YRS
n Location: Pune
n Shift: Rotational Shifts
n Work Mode: Work From Office
n Key Responsibilities
n Manage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment
n Handle customer orders, booking activities & billing queries
n Work on SAP; SAP ByD experience preferred
n SNOW / ServiceNow knowledge is an added advantage
n Coordinate effectively with internal & client stakeholders
n Handle reporting and analysis using MS Excel
n Conduct process training and structured learning sessions
n Identify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials
n Key Requirements




n Excellent written & verbal communication
n Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
n Good attention to detail and accuracy
n Willingness to work in rotational shifts
n Ready to work from office
n Shipping / Logistics industry experience is preferred
