- Senior Advocate – Real Estate background

- Handle legal matters related to real estate, land acquisition, redevelopment, and construction projects.

- Conduct title due diligence, property title verification, and review of title reports

- Draft and vet Sale Agreements, Development Agreements, MoUs, Lease Deeds, Power of Attorney, and other property-related documents.

- Handle RERA, conveyance, redevelopment, society, land, and property-related legal matters.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, government authorities, societies, and developers on legal issues.

- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, RERA authorities, and other statutory bodies.

- Manage property disputes, notices, and litigation, arbitration, and settlement matters.

- Advise management on legal risks, contracts, approvals, and regulatory compliance.

- Coordinate with external counsels and ensure timely handling of on-going litigation.

- Provide legal support for property transactions, project approvals, agreements, and documentation.

- Negotiating with tenants on society matters.

- Handling SRA matters.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
