Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization Manager role based in Hyderabad. The SEO Manager will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation for Urbanrise’s digital properties.

Day-to-day activities include performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page and off-page elements, and managing link-building initiatives. The role involves monitoring performance through web analytics tools, preparing regular reports and insights, and collaborating closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.



The SEO Manager will also stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices to continuously refine and enhance SEO performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SEO Audits and Keyword Research to identify opportunities and guide content and technical optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to develop and manage ethical, high-quality backlink strategies that support domain authority and rankings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights on traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to align SEO initiatives with broader brand, campaign, and lead-generation objectives.
- Relevant experience managing SEO for consumer-focused businesses, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
- Proficiency with common SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO audit platforms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
