Responsibilities

- Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of large-scale systems. Ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable as we grow.

- Technical Leadership: Take a lead role in guiding and mentoring junior engineers. Help set coding standards, provide feedback, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Development: Work hands-on with the development team to build high-quality, reliable software. Contribute to code reviews, write production-level code, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements, set priorities, and deliver quality software on time.
- Innovation and Strategy: Contribute to the technical strategy and vision. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and tools to bring innovative solutions to the company's challenges.
- System Optimization and Performance: Focus on performance tuning, optimizing existing systems, and addressing technical debt to ensure system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1+ year in a technical leadership role.

Technical Skills

- Expertise in [languages, e. g., Python, Java, Go, etc. ].




- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud technologies, and scalable architecture.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data storage technologies.
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and modern software deployment techniques.
- Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of complex systems.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience building and deploying highly available and fault-tolerant systems.
