Roles and Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.

- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and product owners to prioritize tasks and deliverables.

- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or quality by implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall process efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; SAFe experience preferred.

- Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices for managing complex projects.
