Hopcharge (by EVQ Technologies) is building India‘s virtual power grid (VPG) — a patent-granted technology transforming how EVs get charged and how India‘s grid scales for the EV transition. We‘re looking for a hands-on sales leader to own revenue growth across dealership, corporate, and real estate partnerships in Gurgaon .

What you‘ll own:

✅ Full sales strategy and revenue delivery across dealership, corporate & real estate channels

✅ Recent business development — franchise & corporate partnerships from lead to close

✅ Relationship ownership with dealership partners, corporate clients & real estate developers

✅ Leading and coaching a team of sales managers & field executives

✅ Pricing, contract negotiation, and forecasting for high-value deals

Who we‘re looking for:





? 2-5 years in field/channel/dealership sales (EV, auto, solar/renewable, or related industry preferred)

? Proven track record of owning a revenue number, not just supporting one

? Comfortable managing partners AND a small field team

? Based in Delhi NCR or open to relocating

? Excited to build something in India‘s EV growth story, not just manage an existing book
