Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and implement compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees in the IT services industry.

- Develop and maintain employee centralized systems such as SuccessFactors to manage HR data and processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop variable pay programs that align with company goals.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation practices.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in Compensation &

Advantages role within an IT Services or Consulting organization.

- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors software application for managing HR data and processes.

- Proven track record of designing effective compensation plans that drive business results.
