Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to support our customer’s global rollout of SAP S/4HANA . This role will lead regional execution across APAC, ensuring alignment with global integration milestones while maintaining rigorous control over deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.

This is a hands-on execution-focused role . The successful candidate will actively drive progress, follow up with stakeholders, resolve blockers, and ensure regional commitments are delivered on time. This is not a status-reporting role; it requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive execution across a complex global program.

The role will also support the regional execution of change management activities , partnering closely with the central change team to ensure effective communication, readiness, training coordination, and adoption across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Program Execution

- Own and drive the APAC regional execution plan in alignment with the global SAP S/4HANA program.
- Translate global program objectives and milestones into actionable regional plans and commitments.
- Proactively track progress and drive stakeholders to meet agreed timelines and deliverables.
- Identify execution gaps early and implement corrective or recovery actions.

1. Planning, Milestone & RAID Management

- Maintain detailed regional project plans, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Manage the regional RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
- Proactively identify risks and issues and drive mitigation, resolution, and recovery actions.
- Monitor cross-regional dependencies and ensure timely resolution of potential impacts to the program.

1. Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Coordination

- Coordinate execution across business functions, technology teams, regional stakeholders, and global program teams.
- Manage dependencies across APAC countries, functions, and global workstreams.




- Identify and remove blockers that may impact delivery.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and time zones.

1. Governance & Reporting

- Provide accurate, timely, and action-oriented status updates to program leadership.
- Prepare inputs for program governance forums and leadership reviews.
- Escalate risks, issues, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
- Ensure reporting reflects actual execution status, key actions, and areas requiring intervention.

1. Stakeholder Management & Accountability

- Establish explicit ownership and accountability across regional stakeholders.
- Drive structured follow-ups, action tracking, and closure of outstanding items.
- Build effective working relationships with global and regional stakeholders.
- Challenge delays and proactively drive decisions and actions required to maintain momentum.

1. Change Management Execution Support

- Support the regional execution of change management activities in partnership with the central change team.
- Coordinate regional communications, training activities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Track business readiness and adoption activities across APAC.
- Identify regional change impacts and ensure appropriate actions are incorporated into the overall program plan.
- Escalate readiness or adoption risks that could affect deployment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of program/project management experience , preferably within large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs.
- Demonstrated experience driving large-scale SAP programs across APAC .




- Robust experience working within global, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
- Proven ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Hands-on experience with project/program management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Concur .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a fast-paced global program environment.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, drive resolution, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Eagerness and capability to grow into broader program management responsibilities over time.

Working Model & Time Zone Expectations

- Offshore role with required daily overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) , particularly during US morning hours.
- Regular engagement with APAC stakeholders as well as global/US-based program teams.
- Must be comfortable working across multiple time zones and coordinating with geographically dispersed teams.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours when required to support critical program milestones, governance meetings, or regional execution needs.

They can operate confidently between regional execution teams and global program leadership while maintaining strong focus on timelines, dependencies, risks, and business readiness.
