Must have managed global SAP Transformation Programs, ideally in S/4. Should have managed the program end to end. Must have a strong functional or technical foundation in SAP. Must have worked atleast for a couple of years in a client facing role at client site during her/his career.
Must be able to engage with clients on in-depth S/4 conversions across the project phases. Must be able to engage with client CXOs actively, participate and drive client – Steer Co Meetings. Must be able to build a strong program team (s), globally to manage transformation programs.
Should have experience in Agile centric SAP deliveries. Should be able to steer and give direction to S/4 Transformation Programs. Should have solid exposure in people leadership role.
