Your Role

- Configure and maintain SAP Concur Expense modules including policies, workflows, audit rules, and reporting.

- Monitor daily expense jobs and related interfaces to ensure smooth operations.

- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.

- Troubleshoot technical queries via Service Central tickets and deliver change requests.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align configurations with business requirements and compliance standards.

Your Profile

- 4+ years of experience in SAP Concur Expense configuration and support.

- Robust expertise in expense policy setup, workflow design, audit rules,



and reporting.

- Hands-on experience in monitoring expense jobs and managing related interfaces.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage Service Central tickets effectively.

- Familiarity with integration points between SAP Concur and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA preferred).
