? Location: Greater Chennai (Guindy)

? Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including data integrity, security, and user administration

✔ Perform user account management, roles, profiles, and permission maintenance

✔ Configure and customize Salesforce to support evolving business requirements

✔ Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and Flow automations

✔ Support system audits, sandbox deployments, upgrades, and release management activities

✔ Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support

✔ Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions

Required Skills:

✅ 3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience





✅ Robust knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, configuration, and user management

✅ Hands-on experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, and process automation

✅ Experience creating reports and dashboards

✅ Good understanding of Salesforce integrations (API/middleware exposure is a plus)

✅ Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation

✅ Excellent communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills

Certifications:

? Salesforce Certified Administrator – Mandatory

? Salesforce Platform App Builder – Preferred
