RUTLIX is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Sales Trainer to join their team in Gurugram.

BPO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer who can design and deliver end-to-end training programs for new hires and existing sales teams.

The candidate will be responsible for developing sales capabilities, improving product knowledge, strengthening lead generation techniques, and coaching teams on high-conversion sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery and Facilitation

- Plan, prepare, and conduct onboarding and continuous sales training
- Deliver training on health insurance products, riders, claims, regulatory guidelines, and product USPs
- Coach employees on sales techniques, objection handling, phone etiquette, and closing techniques

Lead Generation and Conversion Coaching
- Train teams on lead generation through cold outreach, digital tools, referrals, and community engagement
- Coach employees on consultative selling and need-based pitching
- Conduct role-plays, mock calls, and live pitch evaluations

Module Development and Content Creation
- Design and update training modules, SOPs, presentations, and training materials
- Align training content with regulatory updates and new product launches

Post-Training Monitoring and Performance Analytics




- Track performance metrics after training to measure training effectiveness
- Identify performance gaps through field visits and call audits
- Conduct refresher training sessions based on identified gaps
- Prepare weekly and monthly training reports, attendance reports, and dashboards

Key Performance Indicators:
- Product and compliance assessment pass rate
- New-hire productivity and time-to-first-sale
- Improvement in lead conversion rates
- Batch completion rate
- Training feedback and participant satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Training, Direct Sales Coaching, or Lead Generation
- Experience in Insurance or BFSI will be preferred
- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and audience management skills
- Knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion techniques
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Candidates should meet the client's applicable age and background screening requirements

- BPO industry experience is mandatory
