Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can actively generate business and bring recent clients for our IT company. The primary responsibility will be lead generation, client acquisition, sales conversion, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and actively bring potential clients for IT services.
- Find clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, references, online platforms, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Pitch and sell Website Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, ERP/CRM, and other IT services.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and client meetings.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly lead, conversion, and revenue targets.




- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business/referrals.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and technical team to ensure smooth project handover after closing.

Key Performance Expectations
- Consistent generation of new qualified leads.
- Regular client meetings and follow-ups.
- Successful conversion of leads into projects.
- Achievement of monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Focus on actual business generation, not just lead collection.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to independently generate and convert leads.
- Basic understanding of IT/software services.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
- Knowledge of CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,155.88 - ₹30,000.00 per month
