Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter with strong expertise in U.S. recruitment and bench sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the Medical Devices, Pharma, and Life Sciences staffing industry.

Preferred candidate profile

- Market consultants for U.S. requirements across Medical Devices, Pharma, and Life Sciences.
- Handle OPT, CPT, H1B, and other eligible candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with U.S. vendors, clients, and consultants.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and placements.
- Identify and match consultants with suitable job requirements.
- Maintain consultant pipelines, trackers, and submission records.
- Coordinate rates and vendor communications.
- Develop new vendor and client relationships.
- Support business development and generate new recruitment opportunities.
- Meet recruitment and placement targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. recruitment and/or bench sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Medical Devices, Pharma, and Life Sciences.
- Good knowledge of U.S. staffing and recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, and other U.S. employment categories.
- Valuable networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in U.S. recruitment, bench sales, consultant marketing, vendor management, and business development, particularly in Medical Devices, Pharma, and Life Sciences, will be preferred.
